Your privacy matters.

What we collect.

• Your application: name, email address, country and a password, which is stored only as a one-way hash.
• Your details for review: legal name, date of birth, nationality, occupation, phone number, postal address and a form of identification with photographs of it.
• Payments: your invoices, the payment method you ask for, the references you give and any payment confirmation you upload. Card numbers and bank log-ins are never collected.
• Your membership: tier, Fan ID, Fan Card requests, orders, experience requests and your conversations with Support.
• A record of actions on your account, kept so every decision can be traced.

Why.

To confirm your email address, carry out the background checks and security procedures behind every application, decide on your application, take and confirm payments, provide your membership and answer you when you contact us.

How long.

Photographs of your identification are deleted 30 days after a decision on your application. Account, payment and audit records are kept for as long as your membership lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Who sees it.

Only the staff whose role needs it. Identification is visible only to you and to a Super Admin. Payment details issued to you are visible only to you and the finance team. Email is delivered through our email provider.

In your browser.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your theme, motion and language choices, saved celebrities and shopping bag are kept in your own browser, and you can clear them below.

Your rights.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Contact Support.
