Membership terms & policies.

Before you become a member.

• Annual pricing and tier inclusions are shown before you choose a membership.
• Membership opens once an administrator has confirmed your membership payment.
• Physical Fan Card applications are reserved for active Platinum and Black members.
• A Fan ID is a membership credential; confirmed events require separate admission passes.
• Experience availability and optional charges are confirmed before booking.
• A payment you report receives an acknowledgement; a receipt follows once it is confirmed.

Application form fee

Every application carries a one-time form fee of $995, paid after the applicant confirms their email address and before review. It pays for the background checks and security procedures carried out on the application, so it is non-refundable whatever the outcome, including when an application is declined, and it is not credited toward a membership. Review can take up to 36 hours. An approved applicant then chooses a membership, which is invoiced separately.

Cancellations and refunds

Apart from the application form fee above, the terms of each membership, order or experience are set out before you pay for it. Mandatory consumer rights apply where required.

Respectful participation

Members must respect personal boundaries, event rules, intellectual property and the privacy of others. Accounts and credentials are personal. Private contact details, locations and restricted content must not be shared.
